The aesthetics of hell and the vain interest in the coronation of Charles III.

Deus Meus et Omnia ☩ My God and My All!

Ave Maria! In the peace of His Majesty, our lord Jesus. May our Lady, Mary the Immaculate Queen, together with St. Thomas More, Bl. Thomas Bullaker, the English Martyrs and the thousands of Florida Martyrs, pray for us! On May 6th, 2023, Charles III was crowned as the king of England and many in the Trad world grew with interest for the event, tragically many more even came to praise and defend ceremony. Generally speaking, the majority of the interest and praise came in favor of the aesthetics of the ceremony, support for notions as ancient traditions and monarchy. Grandeur, however, does not make something of God. Many of us initially became attracted to Tradition by the beauty in the ancient Liturgy, this is no lie. The incense, chants, and ornate Altars all taught our souls of the glory of God. How lovely are Thy tabernacles, O Lord of hosts!  My soul longeth and fainteth for the courts of the Lord. My heart and my flesh have rejoiced in the living God (Psalm 83:1) It should be understood however, the things of God ought to be beautiful, but this does not mean beautiful things are intrinsically of God. The Low Mass, said in the middle of a brushy forest, upon a rock surrounded by mud and flies is less beautiful than protesant rites chanted to ancient tunes and done in an ancient Church. Yet, one is from God and the other is for the devil. Though robbed of their beautiful cathedrals and parish churches, though deprived of their Mass-houses and hovels, the priests and people would not bow the knee to Baal. With the quick instance of devotion and the grand daring of affection, they once again found places wherein to worship their Eucharistic God and King. The enemies of our Faith saw now that the harassed Catholics flocked to the mud cabins as they had flocked to the churches, and bent as low before the rough altar as they had done before the works of art. It was not, therefore, anything merely human, but something really Divine that caught their eyes and gripped their souls. Father Augustine, OFM CAP, Ireland’s loyalty to the Mass. Just because something is beautiful, ordered, and aesthetic does not make it is Holy. Where is God? In the glorious palace of Herod or the humble manager of Bethlehem?  In the pampas displays of Caiaphas or our Lord's humble home in the back water of Galilee? The palm is easy to wave on Sunday, but the rugged Cross is a burden to follow by Friday. Holiness comes from Christ Jesus Himself, who established the Church and ordained her Sacraments. Knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things as gold or silver, from your vain conversation of the tradition of your fathers: But with the precious blood of Christ (1 Peter 19:18-19). Beauty follows from piety and the love of God. The Anglicans have traditions, they have glorious rituals, but they do not have Jesus the Christ, His Priesthood or His Blessed Sacrament. Shortly after the Schism of Henry VIII, the Protestant cleric Thomas Cranmer changed the liturgical customs, formally ending apostolic secession. This is reaffirmed by pope St. Leo XIII: 36. Wherefore, strictly adhering, in this matter, to the decrees of the pontiffs, our predecessors, and confirming them most fully, and, as it were, renewing them by our authority, of our own initiative and certain knowledge, we pronounce and declare that ordinations carried out according to the Anglican rite have been, and are, absolutely null and utterly void. ON THE NULLITY OF ANGLICAN ORDERS, 1896. Without coincidence just days day before the coronation ceremony, English Protestantism found its way into Rome. On April 28th of this year, in the Archbasilica of St. John Lanteran, the home of the Papal throne and the visible head of the entire church, over 50 Protestant clerics celebrated their rites. This group of Protestant clerics, including women dressed like priests, used the papal altar for their rituals and the head cleric sat upon the papal throne during the ritual. To make matters worse, this same head cleric, Justin Welby, is a public Freemason. When the Catholic world responded with righteous anger to this blasphemous event, all the capitular vicar of the cathedral of the Diocese of Rome could muster was a deep regret for the miscommunication. This is difficult to understand, how a group of 50 clerics could gain permission to use the most sacred basilica next to St. Peter's. No priest can celebrate Mass in another diocese without a letter from the Dioceses’ Bishop. Yet a group of protestants managed to slip through the procedures. This means these Protestants either tricked the Dioceses of Rome or Rome lied about not knowing who they were. One certainty is no Priest is allowed to say the Tridentine Mass in St. John Lantern, The Lex Orandi of the Roman Church.  Let all everywhere adopt and observe what has been handed down by the Holy Roman Church, the Mother and Teacher of the other churches, and let Masses not be sung or read according to any other formula than that of this Missal published by Us. This ordinance applies henceforth, now, and forever, throughout all the provinces of the Christian world, to all patriarchs, cathedral churches, collegiate and parish churches, be they secular or religious, both of men and of women – even of military orders – and of churches or chapels without a specific congregation in which conventual Masses are sung aloud in choir or read privately in accord with the rites and customs of the Roman Church. This Missal is to be used by all churches, even by those which in their authorization are made exempt, whether by Apostolic indult, custom, or privilege, or even if by oath or official confirmation of the Holy See, or have their rights and faculties guaranteed to them by any other manner whatsoever. Pope St. Pius V, QUO PRIMUM, 1570. Usually, when Holy Mass is said, the sanctuary is filled with the Mighty presence of God, Our Lady, the Angels and Saints. On this sorrowful occasion however, when God’s Holy altar was used for the blasphemous rites of dead men and not for His Glory, the Sanctuary was filled with demons. Certainly, those Anglican clerics desecrated the Holy Sanctuary, first offending God and secondly, they spat upon the sacrifice of countless Faithful Catholics who suffered and died in defiance of Henry’s schism. When those heretics processed in triumph into the Basilica and towards the altar, they marched upon the sacrifice of St. Richard Reynolds and his 17 holy Carthusian brethren, who were bound with chains and dragged out of their monasteries, only to be beheaded in London. When those Anglican clerics entered the sanctuary of God and began their false rite, they trampled upon the Sacrifice of St. Edmund Campion and the countless other priests who were martyred for saying the True Mass. When those women, wearing vestments, entered the sanctuary and stood before the altar, they stood upon the sacrifice of St. Margret Clitherow, the devout pregnant mother and wife who was martyred by being crushed under a stone for allowing Catholic priests to say Mass in her house. Against, this blasphemous and tragic event happened days before the Coronation of Charles III, by the same heretical sect, and Freemasonic cleric, that would later be celebrated by a large sum of Traditional Catholics.

A Protestant rite.

Now, the ceremony itself is a Protestant rite authorized by the Protestant cleric, Justin Welby, who occupies the ancient Catholic Cathedral of Canterbury. Again, this was not a political or national event with religious notions. This event is a “liturgical” rite of the Protestant Anglican “Church” and hence there should have been no participation by Catholics. So, Venerable Brethren, it is clear why this Apostolic See has never allowed its subjects to take part in the assemblies of non-Catholics: for the union of Christians can only be promoted by promoting the return to the one true Church of Christ of those who are separated from it, for in the past they have unhappily left it. To the one true Church of Christ, we say, which is visible to all, and which is to remain, according to the will of its Author, exactly the same as He instituted it. Mortalium Animos No. 10, Pope Pius XI. Of course, you are free to observe the occasion but why any Catholic would want to watch a heretical ceremony filled with blasphemy and which is offensive to God is another question. Now the Spirit manifestly saith, that in the last times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to spirits of error, and doctrines of devils,  Speaking lies in hypocrisy, and having their conscience seared. (1 Timothy 4:1-2). In the publicly accessible ceremony pamphlet labeled “THE AUTHORISED LITURGY FOR THE CORONATION RITE OF HIS MAJESTY KING CHARLES III” we find vows such as these:

““Archbishop” of Canterbury:

Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel? Will you to the utmost of your power maintain in the United Kingdom the Protestant Reformed Religion established by law? Will you maintain and preserve inviolably the settlement of the Church of England, and the doctrine, worship, discipline, and government thereof, as by law established in England? And will you preserve unto the Bishops and Clergy of England, and to the Churches there committed to their charge, all such rights and privileges as by law do or shall appertain to them or any of them?

The King:

All this I promise to do.

The things which I have here before promised I will perform and keep. So help me God.

The King:

I Charles do solemnly and sincerely in the presence of God profess, testify, and declare that I am a faithful Protestant, and that I will, according to the true intent of the enactments which secure the Protestant succession to the Throne, uphold and maintain the said enactments to the best of my powers according to law.”

Within the ceremony, Charles the III was crowned as the head of “Church” in England, reaffirming the English sect’s schism from the True Church. A reaffirmation of all the errors, heresies, and blasphemies found within the English Protestant sect. By praising such a rite, you are not supporting some great revival of traditionalism. All you have done is offended God and become one more voice reassuring protestants of their errors and the world of protestant legitimacy. Never teach nor defend the lawlessness of communicating with the Protestants in their prayers or services or conventicles, where they meet to administer their untrue sacraments. For this is contrary to the practice of the church and the Holy Fathers of all ages, who never communicated or allowed any catholic person to pray together with Arians, donatists or what so ever… I have asked the judgment of his Holiness, Clement VIII, there on and he expressly said that participation in prayers with Protestants or going to their services was neither lawful nor dispensable. Cardinal William Allen, On attendance at Protestant Services, 1594.

For the first time in English history all royal subjects were be invited to recite their allegiance to the new Sovereign and even people who are not under his rule but watching were also invited. During the ceremony the Protestant cleric called upon all “persons of good will to make their homage, in heart and voice, to their undoubted King, defender of all.” Hence, making the oath religious and part of a Protestant rite. For those Catholics who live in England, and its many commonwealths, a civil responsibility exists to recognize Charles III as their King and submit to all of his secular, civil orders. Those same Catholics must also refuse this oath of allegiance. Which is more than a civil oath, but one with the view of Charles III as the head of the Church of England. We are forced to admonish you that on no account you are to go to Churches of heretics, or hear their sermons, or join in their rituals, lest you incur the wrath of God. For it is not lawful for you to do such things without dishonoring God and hurting your own immortal souls. Pope Paul IV, Letter to English Catholic. In 1534 VIII declared that every noble and clerical subject of the British crown would have to swear an oath affirming the validity of his error regarding marriage. In 1535, Henry VIII named himself by an act of parliament “the only supreme head on earth of the Church in England,” and members of English clergy were ordered to take an oath recognizing this blasphemy and error. Of course, the majority of the clergy apostatized from the Church and made the oath, though some refused and were executed for treason. St. Thomas More, a lawyer and devout Catholic who was imprisoned for refusing to take the first oath, was executed for refusing to take the second. He argued against the oath. “Contrary to the laws of God and his holy Church.” St. Thomas explained that “no temporal prince” could take away the prerogatives that belonged to St. Peter and his successors according to the words of Christ. When he was told that most of the English bishops had accepted the king's order, St. Thomas replied that the heaven did not accept the oath of a man against the words of Christ and therefore neither would he. True patriotism and devotion to almighty God calls on English citizens to refrain from committing sin and error, and for them to truly serve the King by refusing the oath until the Church of England submits to Christ and His vicar in Rome. Therefore, resting upon the authority of Him whose pleasure it was to place us (though unequal to such a burden) upon this supreme justice-seat, we do out of the fullness of our apostolic power declare the foresaid Elizabeth to be a heretic and favourer of heretics, and her adherents in the matters aforesaid to have incurred the sentence of excommunication and to be cut off from the unity of the body of Christ.

4. And moreover (we declare) her to be deprived of her pretended title to the aforesaid crown and of all lordship, dignity and privilege whatsoever.

5. And also (declare) the nobles, subjects and people of the said realm and all others who have in any way sworn oaths to her, to be forever absolved from such an oath and from any duty arising from lordship. fealty and obedience; and we do, by authority of these presents , so absolve them and so deprive the same Elizabeth of her pretended title to the crown and all other the above said matters. We charge and command all and singular the nobles, subjects, peoples and others afore said that they do not dare obey her orders, mandates and laws. Those who shall act to the contrary we include in the like sentence of excommunication. Pope St. Pius V, REGNAS IN EXCELSIS, 1570. On July 17, 1535, St. Thomas More was executed in London for refusing to take the oath after months in prison, his final words “I die the king's good servant, but God's first.”

 A Freemasonic kingdom.

As early as 1717, establishment of the premier Grand Lodge in London, the English Monarchy has had connections to Freemasonry, among other secret societies. These are not wild, crazy conspiracies either, a quick google search and a study of Freemasonic websites tell the story of English Monarchy and its Masonry. Of the 22 Monarchs (including Charles III) since Henry VIII, 5 have been public members of a Freemasonic lodge. Notably all 22 have had close ties to high-ranking Freemasons, King George VI, the father of the late Queen Elizabeth II was a public Freemason. His portrait wearing a masonic ceremonial apron with the skinned lamb, a blasphemous image of the Lamb of God, is easily found online. His Daughter, Elizabeth II was not publicly a Freemason, as she was a woman, but in 2012, by her blessing a Freemason Lodge was opened at Buckingham Palace. The Royal Household Lodge comprised of members of the Royal Household and their security. Though the public face of the Royal Family was against the idea, the lodge was still established and supposedly meets in the historic Masonic Hall in London. In 2017 alone, the 82-year-old Queen conducted 20 engagements that were connected to Freemasonry according to the Court Circular. This included attending lunches at Freemasons’ Hall in London as well as holding private audiences with the Pro Grand Master. There is no public indication as to if King Charles III is a Freemason, though we know many of his closest allies are Freemasons, including the “archbishop” of Canterbury, the Anglican Clerc Justin Welby, who also serves the house of Lords in the UK. In 2017, in the Ancient Catholic Cathedral of Canterbury, under protestant occupation, Welby held a Freemasonic thanksgiving service to celebrate 300 years of Freemasonry in England after receiving a donation of £300,000 from the Masons for the restoration of the North-West Transept in the Cathedral. The Masonic symbol can be found on a number of wooden tables at Liverpool Cathedral where Justin Welby was Dean before becoming “Bishop” of Durham and “Archbishop” of Canterbury. The Duke of Kent, the Grand Master of the united Grand Lodge of England, called King Charles' III coronation an “Important and memorable day.” Again, it is unclear if King Charles III himself is a Freemason, his Church however and house of lords is infested with them. Not to mention the congratulations and support he received from all the Lodges in England. King Charles may be a Freemasons, he may not be, but he is certainly no opponent to them or their work. King Charles III is also member of the Economic World Forum and a great proponent for the Great Reset. During the height of the pandemic, King Charles III, prince at the time, called upon world leaders to capitalize on what he called a “unique but narrow window.”

A pagan ceremony.

Among others things, Protestant was not enough for the devils behind Anglican sect. In the same pamphlet quoted above we find that the entire ceremony began with a Procession of faith leaders, followed by a Procession of ecumenical leaders. King Charles III takes on many titles and among them is “defender of faiths.” Which is blasphemous parody of the once given title to King Henry VIII of “Defender of the Faith” by Pope Leo X in 1521, after writing a rebuke of the errors of Luther. Among his oaths as king, one is too “foster an environment in which people of all faiths and beliefs may live freely.” The “Church” of England labeled the ceremony as a “Coronation of many faiths and many languages.” Jewish, Islamic, Sikh, Hindu and Buddhist clerics all had a role in the coronation ceremony. Among the new innovations, one is for members of the House of Lords from Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and Sikh sects will present the king with objects with no explicit Christian symbolism. Another is for the first time in England's history, a Female Cleric who claims to be a bishop served in the ceremony.

From this, Venerable Brethren, springs that most absurd tenet of the Modernists, that every religion, according to the different aspect under which it is viewed, must be considered as both natural and supernatural.  Pope St. Pius X, PASCENDI DOMINCI GREGIS, 1907.

Pray for the conversion of England.

From the Holy Gospel according to St. Luke 15.

I am not worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. And rising up he came to his father. And when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and was moved with compassion, and running to him fell upon his neck, and kissed him. And the son said to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, I am not now worthy to be called thy son. And the father said to his servants: Bring forth quickly the first robe, and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it, and let us eat and make merry: Because this my son was dead, and is come to life again: was lost, and is found.

With loving heart, then, We turn to you all in England, to whatever community or institution you may belong, desiring to recall you to this holy unity. We beseech you, as you value your eternal salvation, to offer up humble and continuous prayer to God, our Heavenly Father, the giver of all light, who v/ith gentle power impels us to the good and the right; and without ceasing to implore light to know the truth in all its fullness, and to embrace the designs of His mercy with single and entire faithfulness, calling upon the glorious name and merits of Jesus Christ, who is the author and finisher of our faith who loved the Church and delivered Himself for it, that He might sanctify it and might present it to Himself a glorious Church. Pope Leo XIII, AMANTISSIMAE VOLUNTATIS, 1895.

Prayer for England by Pope XIII.

To THE Blessed Virgin. Prayer for England.

O Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God and our most gentle Queen and Mother, look down in mercy upon England thy “Dowry” and upon us all who greatly hope and trust in thee. By thee it was that Jesus our Saviour and our hope was given unto the world ; and He has given thee to us that we might hope still more. Plead for us thy children, whom thou didst receive and accept at the foot of the cross. O sorrowful Mother! intercede for our separated brethren, that with us in the one true fold they may be united to the supreme Shepherd, the Vicar of thy Son. Pray for us all, dear Mother, that by faith fruitful in good works we may all deserve to see and praise God, together with thee, in our heavenly home. Amen.
